Anthony has over 25 years experience as a corporate finance lawyer with extensive experience of all forms of corporate, financing and securities transactions.



His corporate work includes mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), buy-outs, joint ventures (domestic and international) and reorganisations.  His financing work includes bilateral and syndicated facilities, venture capital funding, project finance and private placements. He has particular experience of turnaround and restructuring transactions.



In addition to the UK, he has worked in a diverse number of jurisdictions including the US, Oman, Russia and Scandinavia, working primarily under English law.



Over the years Anthony’s clients have included multi-national corporates, banks, equity funds, owner-managed businesses and individual entrepreneurs.



​Career
Having attended St Edmund Hall, Oxford and the College of Law, Guildford, Anthony was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1987.  He was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2006 and admitted as a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands in 2008.



Anthony was a partner in The Lawyer Top 100 firm of Geldards from 1990 to 2005 when he joined the leading offshore law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman in Bermuda and then London.  In 2011 he joined Exarchou & Rosenberg International.
