Warrick is a litigation and insolvency lawyer, with ten years’ experience practising in Australia and the UK.  He has advised on a wide range of commercial dispute, insurance litigation, contentious insolvency and regulatory matters, including formal litigation and ADR.

Warrick has acted for multinational companies through to small start-ups, government departments and agencies, as well as main contractors and sub-contractors.

Warrick has significant experience of litigation in the higher courts.



​Career
Warrick was previously a solicitor acting for the Treasury Solicitor’s Department, within both its Insolvency and Companies Regulation and Ministry of Defence Litigation teams.  Before that he practised at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Melbourne Australia.
