When instant action is required

Most of our files play out over a long period, but not always. At times instant action is required - and in this situation, experience and focus really pays off.



In our experience the most common emergency action follows the calling of a performance bond or guarantee.  Since most of these are simply payable on call, most attempts to stop the call are un-successful.



However our approach is designed to maximise the possibility of success. There are usually plenty of signs long before a guarantee or bond is called and, if a contractor client calls us soon enough we have become adept at using the law, the facts, the procedural rules - our local knowledge of the workings of the system - to put every possible chance of success on the side of our client.
